Return Procedure
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order at:
If you are returning merchandise, please indicate the reason for your return on your invoice copy and include it with your package. Please wrap your returns securely and for your own protection, use UPS or Insured Parcel Post. If you have any further questions regarding your return, please feel free to contact us.

Refund Procedure
Once we receive your return, we will be happy to give you a complete refund or, if you prefer, arrange for a credit towards your next purchase, for all merchandise including any unused portion of tea. The refund on unused tea will be based on the value of the returned portion. Shipping expenses for returns can only be refunded if the return is due to our error.
