We expect 14 - 20 people and we sample teas, in pairs, one category at a time. We talk about the dry leaf, the infused leaf, the taste and any specific characteristics and notes associated with the teas. We provide a brief explanation of how tea is manufactured, where it comes from and most importantly, how to store it, how to steep it and how to enjoy it everyday. Stay tuned.
