A major new study from the United Kingdom presents analysis from 343 research studies and found that organic crops are up to 60% higher in a number of key antioxidants than conventionally grown crops and that pesticide residues are found much more frequently in non-organic foods. Don't get confused by conflicting information on the nutrition of organic vs. conventional plant-based foods - these results are "highly relevant and significant".
