How to Solve the Biggest Problems with Green Tea

You've all heard it - Green Tea is good for you.  But when you go to drink it, you hate it.  It's too bitter, too vegetal, too bland.  Here's some background and then the basic tips on how to fix it.

First - the background.  In this country, most people grew up knowing black tea, whether hot or iced.  Add to that, they began with teabags.  Making a good cup of tea with loose leaf tea had to be learned.  Just about everyone started this journey with black tea.  Then came all the media coverage on Green Tea.  So it is no surprise that when people transitioned from black to green tea, they assumed all they had to do was replicate the experience.  Wrong!  Green Tea needs a careful, light hand.
