I tasted the Creme Limon Anglaise yesterday. Probably the best dessert I've ever had. Tangy, not as heavy as lemon curd but the same taste with more lightness, garnished with 3 mandarin orange slices on top. Absolutely heavenly. This week should be fun watching our customers' reactions to these selections. The quiche is not all egg and custard. This is dense, almost like a well-seasoned pie and a nice, substantial selection. Enjoy!
