New Breakfast Blend - Silk Road

English Breakfast is almost always a blend.  All Assam would be too malty, all China may be too earthy or smokey.  Irish Breakfast is always stronger than English Breakfast and usually has a good bit of Assam in it.  One of our new and favorite breakfast blends is our own house blend of Assam and China - we call it Silk Road because it tracks the old mountain passes that still exist between India and China.  Both start with rich, tippy teas  and the result is a creamy, slightly earthy blend, excellent with milk but sweet enough on its own.  Try it.  We just put it on the site today.
