Formosa Oolong - In the style of the celebrated Tung Ting or Alishan Oolong. Tightly rolled leaves from the mountainous area in the interior. Floral bouquet and a smooth finish. It produces a golden liquor and subtle, delicate aroma. Less oxidized than other oolongs, good leaf style. Our favorite Oolong, hands down! Packaged in 1-ounce canisters.
Use 1 heaped tsp. of leaf per 8 oz. cup. Let boiling water cool slightly before pouring over leaves. Steep 2-2.5 mins. Can be re-infused. Milk not recommended.
