Let boiling water cool slightly before pouring over leaves.

As I can't consume caffeine anymore, and I have been sad to not be able to drink my Silver Tips regular Earl Grey, I was so excited to find that they also have a decaffeinated Earl Grey! It is lovely and I am now able to enjoy my cup of tea again.
I currently enjoy six teas from Silver Tips. A gang of us in White Plains visited the tea room twice a week. The tumeric chai tea is my favorite hot or iced but the anti inflammatory properties of the Tumeric Chai is a delicious healthy treat I can enjoy every day. I have many flavors from Silver Tips but this flavor is the one I reorder the most.
I am so happy to see that my favorite jasmine tea is back. Just the right balance of smoothness and tastiness has enabled it to be well-received by all to whom I have served it, whether casual or serious tea drinkers.
