One of the famous Oolongs - Big Red Robe. Long leaf style, mellow, pleasantly toasty. Multiple infusions encouraged. Not smokey, very good as an accompaniment to food.
Use 1 heaped tsp. of leaf per 8 oz. cup. Let boiling water cool slightly before pouring over leaves. Steep 2-3 mins. Can be re-infused. Milk not recommended.
