In celebration, we launched a new tea, Rooibos Americana with rooibos, raspberry, blueberry and vanilla. We added some teapots and tumblers to mark the occasion and included Boston Tea Party and Cotton Candy to make it an all-American party. Happy Independence Day!
Makaibari Tea Estate suffers cyclone damage On May 25, 2009, Makaibari felt the wrath of a devastating hurricane. We've set up a relief fund for all those of you who would like to contribute. We will pool all the funds and forward to JEEVIKA, the organization that oversees distribution of Fair Trade funds to Makaibari and other tea gardens in the region. Thank you for your help.
