We want to get your order to you as quickly and as cost-effectively as we can. We use both United States Postal Service and, occasionally, UPS and most orders are shipped within 1 – 2 days of the order but it will take longer during the holiday rush.  Silver Tips reserves the right to select the carrier and service used to deliver all orders.  This can include United States Postal Service First Class, Priority or UPS.

$25.01 - $74.99 -  $6.00
75.00 & Over - FREE
Applies always except when Shipping Discounts are offered. 

SHIPPING CHARGES TO NON-CONTIGUOUS STATES & ARMED FORCES:
Up to $20.00 - $11.00
$20.01 - $50.00 - $14.00
$50.01 - $100.00 - $18.00
Over $100 - $24.00

Some larger items, such as gift baskets, have a Shipping Surcharge in addition to the above charge. When applicable, surcharges are noted on the individual item detail page.

Orders placed after 1 p.m. on Friday or during the weekend will ship no sooner than the following Monday.

We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail. We will ship the package to the Shipping Address you provide. If there is an error in the Shipping Address, please e-mail us and let us know the correct one before 2:00PM EST on the day you place the order (if you placed the order on the weekend, you have until the following Monday at 2:00). If your package is marked as delivered when tracked, but you do not have it, please contact your Post Office.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, we do not accept online International orders.  

SALES TAX
Sales tax will automatically be charged on applicable merchandise and shipping and handling charges in NY only. Loose Leaf Tea is not taxed.
