SOOTHING, RELAXING

Love that it has Turmeric and better still that it is Organic. Love the various spices. Naturally sweet, no sugar needed.

I suffer from seasonal allergies and have so far, managed to avoid prescription meds for my condition. Due to the honey propolis, I thought this might be helpful. It's amazingly effective in calming down any congestion during the day and it is also a very calming tea for before bedtime. Aside from the health benefits, it is delicious with a bit of natural sweetness without adding sweetener. A great blend that I will always keep in my stash of teas.

Steeping Instructions

Use 2 heaped tsp. per 8 oz. cup.
Pour boiling water over leaves.
Steep 4-5 mins.
