Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order at:

If you are returning merchandise, please indicate the reason for your return on your invoice copy and include it with your package. Please wrap your returns securely and for your own protection, use USPS with tracking or UPS/Fed Ex. If you have any further questions regarding your return, please feel free to contact us.

Once we receive your return, we will be happy to give you a credit towards a future purchase for all returned merchandise including the unused portion of tea. The credit for unused tea will be based on the value of the returned portion. Shipping expenses for returns or replacements can only be refunded if the return is due to our error.
If you do not receive your order due to an error on the carrier's behalf, please note that we will not be able to replace your shipment. It is your responsibility to provide us an address where you are able to receive mail.
