Steeping Instructions

This is our recommended house blend for all those who love Assam but want something different but in the same profile. The tea that best resembles the richness of an Assam is China Yunnan. Look at the map and you will see the regions almost bordering one another thereby leading to a similar ground terrain and growing conditions. We took the maltiness of a rich Assam and combined it with a hearty Yunnan with some chocolatey notes and created our own Silk Road Breakfast Blend. It is a customer favorite. So when you want something a bit different but still familiar, reach for this blend.
