Chamomile flowers - soothing, good for digestion, calming! One of the best known herbal "teas". Make sure you store it in the refrigerator.

Use 1 heaped Tbsp. chamomile flowers per 8 oz. cup.
Pour boiling water over leaves.
Steep 5 mins.
Milk should not be added.
Store in the refrigerator.
