Let customers speak for us
from 229 reviewsThis is a subtle blend with deliciously balanced flavors. I especially love the tiny rose buds! It's naturally sweet, and it helps my digestion at the end of the day. Drinking the various Ayurvedic teas has cured my acid reflux.
The leaf of a tree that evolved in the woods that came into being in a topography formed by the fiery upheaval of earth as the Indian subcontinent united forcefully with Asia is a gift we cherish to this day. This unique earth, the waters of the three parallel rivers coursing through its forests and the unique micro climates at the eastern end of the world's greatest mountain range yielded an enormous bio-diversity that formed the setting. It is no wonder that this is the alpha, the ur of all tea. All this history is distilled from each leaf from these ancient trees as it steeps into a cup of elixir that is robust, lingering, flavor-filled, malty, redolent of chocolate, unmistakably, glowingly golden in its appearance and transporting in its fragrance.I run out of robust superlatives. I enjoy it as an infusion, with milk, with milk and sugar. I am never disappointed. The fact that it is organic just makes that much more appealing.
I traded in my coffee with Splenda and creamer for this fresh, clean, snappy flavor. Immediate results!
Mom just sent me this picture yesterday of the mesh infuser I had bought her from Silver Tips years ago. It is versatile and can be used with some of her favourite mugs. She will be putting it to use as we've decided to have Afternoon Tea together across the miles. We will try different teas and maybe find some pretty tea cup sets as well. This idea stemmed from the idea that Mom could use a forced break in the day. She is 72 and handles an awful lot of chores on her own. She needs that break sometimes!
Bold and delicious, Organic Dian Black is fantastic hot or iced. There is simply no better tea available anywhere!
Earl Grey has always been a favourite, but when I saw this blend with lavender was very interested in trying. What a nice aromatic cup with those peaceful flecks of blue!
This was sent along with the Daily Fusion tea to my best friend who was having chemotherapy treatment and overall just could use something beautiful and comforting to brighten her week. The tea was something she could tolerate when there were many things she could not eat at that time. And the set made her happy.
Had ordered this along with a favourite tea to have delivered to a friend, and it was a welcomed cup of care during a long work week.
It's hard to believe it's been three years (02/2021) since I had ordered this tea, but here we are. Had been searching the cabinet for something different to try this week and found this amongst others...still aromatic and a beautiful rich-coloured potpourri within the infuser
Great to have a green tea with that strong bergamot flavor of Earl Grey. Thought it would be too powerful to have often, but I've gotten quite addicted to the flavor.
This is a perfect afternoon pick me up or something akin to "dessert" tea. Been sipping this for over a decade. The scent is fab too w/ a touch of rose petals.
I start craving Noel tea from the moment that crisp cooler temps hit in the Fall and drink it straight til Spring. Besides the cinnamon spice, the almonds make it special! Even then it's lovely with some Irish Soda Bread around St. Patrick's besides the obvious Nov-Dec Holiday crush.
This is my early morning tea—love it. I make a 2-cup pot. The first cup is gentle, delightful green, not at all bitter (4–5 minute steep). The second cup is stronger of course, and a little bitter—but then I add a teaspoon of turbinado sugar—and it becomes absolute nectar!
Hint: because the leaves are so long, it's a bit difficult to get a consistent measure for this tea, just using a spoon. Sometimes it was becoming too strong. I picked up an electronic gram scale, which solved the problem—5.5 grams for my 2-cup morning pot.
Nostalgia. I did not have such good tea in decades. Smooth and fragrant. it is exactly what you would expect from a top quality Darjeeling.
