A medium-strength Earl Grey on a Darjeeling base that is best enjoyed without milk. The organic Darjeeling tea lightens the liquor but still retains all the taste of bergamot. For those preferring a stronger cup with milk and sugar, try Earl Grey Blue or Organic Earl Grey.
Use 1 tsp. leaf per 8 oz. cup. Pour boiling water over leaves. Steep 3-4 mins. Milk may be added.
