Steeping Instructions

Use 1 tsp. of leaf per 8 oz. cup.
Pour boiling water over leaves.
Steep 4 mins.
Milk may be added.

Tea Education

Not everyone enjoys the classic Breakfast blends which are usually a robust, hearty cup that take well to milk and sugar. Some enjoy a medium-body cup that can be enjoyed as is or perhaps with a slice of lemon. Our Organic Afternoon Delight is exactly that blend. We've carefully created a cup that has the fragrance of a Darjeeling with the mellow notes of a Nilgiri. It can be steeped for a short 3 minutes or a longer 5 minutes.
