Pu-erh is an aged black tea from China, strong and earthy in taste with a seaweed, fish note. Try the Tuo-Cha for a mellower Pu-erh with less of the characteristic smoky/seaweed note. Pu-erh is gaining popularity in the US but has been enjoyed in China for centuries.
Use 1 tsp. leaf per 8 oz. cup.Pour boiling water over leaves.Steep 2-3 mins.
