Pai-Mu-Tan [White Peony] or Bai-Mudan, large leaf style. A white tea with good character and slightly woodsy taste. An amber infusion, high in antioxidants. Partners well with food. Prized in China for its cooling properties.
Use 1 Tbsp. of leaf per 8 oz. cup. Cool boiling water before pouring. Steep 3 mins. Can be re-infused. Milk not recommended.
