Organic & Fair Trade, this is a lightly oxidized green China Ti Kwan Yin Oolong (Iron Goddess of Mercy), in the characteristic rolled leaf style. Very fragrant, mellow and sweet in the cup, a treat for any time of the day. Excellent for digestion and withstands multiple infusions.

Pour boiling water over leaves.
Steep for 3 mins.
Can be re-infused.  
Milk not recommended.
