Thoughtfulness...
We had the Mt. Pleasant Senior Book Club yesterday at the Tea Room for Afternoon Tea. What a great group of ladies! They planned it well, gave us their Tea Sandwich orders in advance, enjoyed their Scones with Cream & Preserves, had Iced Tea, Lemonade and some individual pots of hot tea and then had their slices of cake packed! Apparently, this was too much food for them - we like to hear that. Better to give too much than to have a reputation for not serving enough. We've had a lot of groups, some more demanding than others - it runs the gamut. This group was easily one of our favorites. And this morning, to re-affirm our sentiments, we received this thoughtful e-mail from them:
