Appreciative feedback from a wholesale customer

We have been going back and forth with one of our wholesale customers on a tough, time-sensitive issue.  They needed something specific on our 2012 Organic Certificate which had still not been issued in its final form.  We did all sorts of work-arounds but alas, none worked - they needed the actual Certificate in its final form which, of course, is not in our hands at all.  After working closely with our Organic certifiers and the customer, it came through today, in record time, and our customer sent us a return e-mail that said:  "Thanks!  You have been very helpful and courteous.  I really appreciate it."  Well, we appreciate your thoughtfulness too.  Kindness matters.
