A complex tea from the peak of the harvest season. A prized grade, Hao Ya (tippy bud) steeps perfectly to a reddish-gold cup with a rich flavor and a distinct note of pine and mint. Leaves are narrow with a tight twist and require discipline and skill to manufacture. Excellent!
Use 1 tsp. leaf per 8 oz. cup.Pour boiling water over leaves.Steep 4 mins. Milk may be added.
