Give yourself an herbal boost with Ginseng, Licorice, Mint, Hibiscus, Lemongrass, Passion Flowers, St. John's Wort, and Lemon flavor.
Use 1 heaped teaspoon herbs per 8 oz. cup. Pour boiling water over leaves. Steep 5 mins. Milk should not be added.
