China green scented with Jasmine blossoms. Notice the long leaves with some white tips, interspersed with Jasmine flowers. This is Grade 1, scented at origin, not flavored.
Use 1 tsp. leaf per 8 oz. cup. Let boiling water cool slightly before pouring over leaves. Steep 2 mins. May be reinfused.
