One of our customers placed an order yesterday for a Black Tea Sampler and Cookies & Tea gift for a friend. In error, she put her own address as the Ship To destination instead of her friend's. She wrote us an e-mail explaining the error and we changed it of course and acknowledged it with a confirmation. In return, she sent us an e-mail this morning which read: I knew I would get personal care from my favorite tea shop! Thanks for the appreciation!
