We have tried to spread the word that you should drink tea for its taste, not for specific health properties because ALL tea is beneficial. Real tea, that is - Black, Green, Oolong, White. This does not include herbals or rooibos. The latter may have beneficial properties but they are quite different from those attributed to tea.
