We received two comments yesterday - one from a retail consumer who orders via mail and the other a wholesale customer, by coincidence, both from the state of Washington.
Amid all your busyness, take time to reflect on how much your customers appreciate all that you do.  My order arrived Friday and was worth the wait.
The package of tea arrived. Thanks for the great service,
and the GREAT tea.
Thank you to both Mike and Chris.  We did take time to reflect!
