An entire country going Organic!

How about this - the tiny Himalayan kingdom of Bhutan intends to become the first nation in the world to turn its homegrown food and farmers 100% organic.  Bhutan is near to my heart since I went to school in Darjeeling and it's right next door.  On this map, you can see Bagdogra and Darjeeling located southwest of Bhutan.  Bagdogra is the airport serving Darjeeling.  Bhutan has a population of just over 700,000, two-thirds of whom depend on farming.  Apart from the sheer beauty of Bhutan, it captured the interest of the world by focusing on Happiness and coming up with the concept of Gross National Happiness measured via a Gross Happiness Index.
