As expected, we came to the office today expecting to do 2 days's work in one, given that yesterday was Memorial Day, and our customers did not disappoint us! We were busy all day with orders - both wholesale and retail. One of our regular customers who orders online placed a nice order - Irish Breakfast, Organic Yunnan, some Jasmine and a great Ceylon OP along with some disposable filters. We shipped it out post-haste and sent an e-mail indicating it had been shipped. We received a reply just as quickly:
