We took an early morning plane from Shanghai to Fuzhou and were met by our suppliers, then on to a 1-hour car drive to their offices. Outside there were authentic bushes of tea varietals. We tasted Oolongs and Long Jing and saw their processing facilities, factory and were treated to a sumptuous vegetarian lunch at their offices.
