One of our customers keeps us posted with all her Tea activities and as she sips tea in various cities (including Paris, France!), she send us pictures. This time she shared with us her wonderful Holiday Kick-Off Afternoon Tea. She served a full bodied China Black Organic Yunnan, Green Dew - an organic China green and Tiger Hill, a classic Nilgiri full leaf tea. White Cucumber Iced Tea was the beverage instead of regular water. Her teas were carefully selected so all her guests could experience 'body', 'briskness' and 'aroma'. Afternoon Tea consisted of soup, scones and sandwiches and her table is gorgeous. I told Diane she can be our design consultant any time. Our recent cool weather was ideal for her Tea. As she wrote, "The chill in the air made it a perfect day for soup and tea. Thanks for your help and advice!" Diane - we love your stories and pictures - keep them coming.
