Herbal/Wellness Tea Blends

For 5,000 years, herbs have played a major role in healing in many different cultures.  Although sometimes erroneously referred to as 'herbal tea', herbs and herbal blends have no tea at all since they are not from the camellia sinensis family.  None of the benefits attributed to Tea are found in herbs although each herb brings with it its own benefits.  Chamomile is soothing, peppermint is an aid in digestion, ginseng provides energy, ginger is cleansing and calming.  Peppermint is also often used as a remedy for allergies.  One point to note - order herbs and herbal blends in small quantities and store in the refrigerator.
