We had an unseasonably chilly, rainy weekend here in New York, so it was a good time to warm up with some Chicken Soup. And we figured we'd share a delicious Jasmine Chicken Soup recipe we found online.
A bit too mild for a morning cup for me. I could see it being a good milk tea base for boba or a dim sum tea to drink many pots of it with food!
This was specially blended for our Tea Room customers for whom the Organic Assam TGFOP and Irish Breakfast were too strong. We use a longer leaf Assam to blend with our Yunnan for Silk Road so the result tends to be milder. You are right - it is a great tea to accompany food.
